Public Affairs Division


The Commission would be pleased to assist you if you are having difficulty finding information or can’t reach the appropriate party.  The Public Affairs Division serves as a neutral and reliable source for employers, employees, attorneys, insurance carriers and medical providers.
 
Specifically, the division duties are as follows:

  • Responding to inquiries and complaints 
  • Facilitating communication between parties
  • Serving as an educational resource for the general public and parties to a claim
  • Explaining the dispute resolution process
