Public Affairs Division
The Commission would be pleased to assist you if you are having difficulty finding information or can’t reach the appropriate party. The Public Affairs Division serves as a neutral and reliable source for employers, employees, attorneys, insurance carriers and medical providers.
Specifically, the division duties are as follows:
- Responding to inquiries and complaints
- Facilitating communication between parties
- Serving as an educational resource for the general public and parties to a claim
- Explaining the dispute resolution process
